I feel like many of our difficulties in life stem from an inherent lack of self worth and it manifests in many ways. It certainly appears to be at the root of many of the challenges faced by clients in my practice. It can often run very deep and can go back lifetimes.

I have taken Buttercup essence myself on and off for years, whenever my Solar Plexus chakra was out of balance - feeling not good enough, riddled with self doubt, comparing myself to others etc.
