We had an amazing turnout at Central Library on Saturday for Kevin Harris's engaging talk exploring the history of Wolves Football Club and the Molineux family! We were also delighted to welcome Renée Young, widow of renowned author Percy M. Young, whose two books remain key works on the clubs history (both are available to borrow from our Reserve collection 😁🐺)

Join Bilston library’s Bostin’ Book Club for a discussion of Emma Purshouse’s novel ‘Dogged’ with the author herself!

Emma is a local poet and author and was Wolverhampton’s first poet laureate 2020-2022. ‘Dogged’ is a rich, complex, and engaging tale, centred on two women in their 70s and is set in Wolverhampton. Speak to staff at Bilston library if you would like to borrow a copy of her book in advance of the event.

Regular attendees of the book club as well as first-timers are welcome to come along to this free event. Refreshments will be available during the evening.
