The one thing i enjoy the most about doing what i do is hearing a customers happy with there scooter…😎

I sort of lost the enjoyment for riding when i started fixing scooters all the time, which as you all know i loved to blast round on a tuned scooter! It defo takes the fun out of it being the fixer, but i get the same buzz and feeling from hearing good feedback! 🫶🏼

Few messages today thanking me and letting me know how well there scooters feel… great stuff that really makes me feel good and wanting to carry on! Its not easy this game, its the 1st run of the year and looking forward to keeping you all on the road for the rest of 2026👍🏽🛵🏁

Just finished... Came in for a check over, and to find out why engine didnt feel very good…

Pressure test failed on main seal, gearbox sounded hurrendous, layshaft loose in bearing both ends, play in front hub, front brake didnt work, engine didnt run brilliant either … 🤐

All sorted now running and riding very well, redone bearings and seals etc, new tyres and tubes, new caliper, and a general sort out, only worry on engine i didnt like was a nasty bit of damage to flywheel side where seal goes, but it didnt leak on pressure test and he agreed to go ahead and see how we get on and touch wood its been fine and had some stick on the dyno too!🤞🏻

This one was in a mess, supposedly restored but thrown any old motor at it! 🙈

Anyway it come in for a kit carb and exhaust, when he turned up it sounded awful, knocky, blowing and not ticking over great…. It failed pressure test on flywheel seal and carb box, after removing and seeing what it was like in there i knew i had to do a full rebuild to get it right for the customer 🏁

Worst of it was when i stripped the engine i think it had not long been apart, crank seal looked new and cruciform and gasket did… 🙈

Never nice when someone pays top whack for a scooter and needs a real sort out to get right… but he is happy now and will be a cracking scooter this time around! ⭐️

Pre pressure tested motor before fitting bgm 177 kit, 24mm carb fitted, pinasco exhaust, sip fuel tap, chiselspeed mtech cdi unit and coil, timing set to 18’, polished sip rims with bgm tyres, yss rear shocker, pinasco front shocker, sip speedo, evok led headlight, sip brake levers, new front pads, and loads of other bits and bobs! And dyno’d 11.5 BHP running well on std p200 jetting with undrilled filter🛵

Washed and ready for collection 🧽🏁
