Just want to shout out my team for all their hard work this crazy bank holiday weekend. They've all battled through a challenging and extraordinarily busy few days!

But I think special thanks has to go to my chefs. That kitchen has hit stupid temperatures and they've just cracked on under immense pressure to just try their best and work hard for the insane amount of people that have visited us. Love all of you and I'm immensely grateful and proud of your efforts.

I hope everyone just has a moment to appreciate all those chefs and serving team in hospitality who go above and beyond. Keep them hydrated and please bare with every pub during this ongoing heatwave as we all look to survive that first real bit of Summer.
