By now, you’ve no doubt seen what our BoostBox is designed to do - make Cat 5-compliant systems simpler.

But what’s actually inside it?

At its heart is an 18L Category 5 AB air gap break tank, giving full backflow protection without the need for extra components or design work. Water is managed via a solenoid system for a fast filling, consistent supply, and pumps are available in single or twin fixed-speed configurations, depending on the application. Internal pipework is copper, reducing the risk of kinks and keeping performance consistent over time.

Twin pump units come with auto changeover built in for wear balancing and redundancy, while a digital controller handles error logging, password protection, BMS output, and dry run protection.

In short, it’s a complete, compliant system that just works. And if you need more from it, high-pressure variants are available across the range.

We’ve made some important updates to our Q-Tank range, focused on improving maintenance access, usability, and overall system practicality.

The 227L & 500L models now feature a split lid design, allowing the pump to remain fixed while one section of the lid removes independently - making servicing quicker and easier on site.

To support this improvement, twin pump variants have been discontinued, streamlining the range for more efficient installation and maintenance.
