We've been full on with our training this month, and Faye has been amazing!
This year, Aston Transitional Care is on a mission. To create real and lasting change for a charity close to our hearts - The Earth Saviours Foundation.
We want to raise £15,000 for a fantastic charity in India that cares for elderly parents who have been abandoned.
Many of the 500+ people taken in have severe disabilities and are left alone to die.

We managed to raise over £9000 to buy Christmas presents for all the children in hospital over Christmas at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust Charity - Charity No. 1059467.
