What fitness to me has changed. Two contrasting styles and both equally as challenging.
Trying to be less one dimensional and moving my body in different ways has been the goal over the last year.
Enjoying the journey so far and looking forward to seeing the progress over the next year.

Productive training block so ready to get after it tomorrow!
Two years ago. 100kg. Strong but zero engine. I could only move weights but not myself.
Yeah it may look good on the outside but I feel so much better for challenging my body in a different way now with hybrid training.
Definitely would recommend making the switch if you just do weights only in the gym.
