From a shoebox of a detached house in claregate to reasonable size home fit for a family. with an added bedroom, large and naturally lit family room, seperate ample sized utility area, downstairs bathroom and an abundance of storage with the integral garage and an additional large garage to the rear of the garden (awaiting render).

Sloped Garden was dug back and levelled and walled patio created to make the garden area lots more usable. (patio finish to follow).

All in all one happy customer and a massive difference made to their family life.

Not all our jobs are big in scale but no less effort goes into making them look the part for our customers like this orangery in penn.

Pretty much given free reign to do what I thought was best on this one with the only real instruction was that they wanted it to look " like it had always been there" which is the most difficult part of any addition to a property, with the raked out joints, double plinth brick and open rafters to match the existing style I think we pulled it off a treat!
