We are offering a full design and installation service for all your bathroom adaptations needs allowing you the peace of mind to use your bathroom safely and ease you deserve

Due to our continuing expansion we are looking for experienced sub-contractors specialised in Bathroom adaptations (Wet rooms) for installations in the West Midlands area.

We can offer the right candidate a continuous and steady workload throughout the year, working as part of our team.

Duties to be carried out are as follows:
•Full bathroom strip out
•All necessary alterations to water supply, waste and heating pipe work within bathroom area
•Installation of both gravity and pumped level access shower trays
•Electric shower installation
•Fit new WC and WHB
•Fit new grab rails, drop down rails where required
• Fit shower and curtains and seat
•Building of full height stud work, low level boxing to conceal services
•Install ceramic tiles to wet areas (approx 8m2)
•Floor preparation, fit 6mm ply or latex self levelling command depending on substrate
•Renew radiator or reposition if required

All electrics will be carried out by separate contractor
All safety flooring will be carried out by separate contractor

Pay will be per job £1000

Schedule: 40 hours a week

You will need
• A valid CSCS card
•Asbestos awareness certificate
•Full uk driving license
•Own Van
•Own tools
• At least 3 years bathroom fitter experience along with wet room experience
•solid references and photo evidence of recent work undertaken
