Sooooo today I decided I would have a go at making my own donuts that are sugar free and to be fair they have turned out alright! (The actual donuts are sugar free but the dark chocolate isn't 🤣)

Back in November, both myself and TheRydogg unfortunately lost a very good friend after a battle with his mental health.

This is something that shouldn't be happening and there needs to be more out there to protect others from loosing loved ones.

Thats where Mind helps to support people during their battles, but they are a charity that needs help from everyone to promote and fund what they do.

So, in memory of our much missed and loved friend Sam we will be completing an evening stream as "The Pink Ladies" (after Sams fave film Grease!)
