🐎Animal Encounters🐎
11 July - 14 October 2026

Through the lens of The Ingram Collection, this new exhibition explores the enduring bond between humans and the animal world.

Animal Encounters offers an engaging summer highlight, illuminating how artists across generations have turned to the animal world to explore identity, symbolism, and the human experience. These works reveal how animals have long inspired curiosity, empathy, and imaginative storytelling, from bold sculptural forms to expressive and playful mark making. Featuring paintings, prints, and sculpture by Ruskin Spear, Roger Hilton, Elisabeth Frink, and John Craxton, shown alongside contemporary works from the collection, the exhibition encourages close looking, conversation, and shared discovery designed with families in mind.
