Jebeth Flying Saucer's new owner Monroe at the end of last hunting season. Saucer's previous owner outgrew him after several great years together. Saucer found a new owner who he has continued to have fun with! It's thrilling seeing Jebeth ponies doing so well.

Since I have discovered that the toothless one bites everything in sight to help progress the emergence of the real teeth (why else would he do that?) I have worked on teaching him behaviours that will appeal to humans.

He has learnt that people are not very chewy and do not want to return his grooming favours. To add to this useful knowledge he has helped me put on and take off a small headcollar this morning.

Yesterday an admiring visitor sent me a list of potential foal names for the nameless one. The visitor claimed wrongly that one of her choices was the brightest star in the sky which I know is actually Sirius.

I know this, as Sirius was the place where the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation was located in the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy -which is how so many of my of my ponies got their names!

No I haven't got a name yet, but have just spent half an hour giggling at the book again while the clouds opened and Don't Panic raced under cover.

Brilliant morning at Petplan summer area festivals! Stan had qualified for the novice bronze, they did a good test but with a few mistakes, but managed to come in 2nd out of 25 on 68.72%, they managed highest placed under 21 and qualified for championships in october! So pleased with them, this was their first time at areas doing novice. Back again tomrrow for the prelim 😬🤪 Grace Carter got to do her favourite thing - smile and go on the podium 🤣🤣 at least she looked up and smiled 🤣
