Earlier I used to make fish curry by deep frying the marinated fish and then make gravy separately and add the deep fried fish pieces into it.
But now, with airfryer , cooking fish curry has become much simpler. Saved time as well as oil consumption!
Recipe for this Fish fry -
1. Wash the fish pieces and pat them dry with kitchen towel paper. (I used Rohu fish)
2. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 195 degrees. (Ninja Air Fryer)
3. Marinate the fish pieces with salt, turmeric, and 1 tsp mustard oil.
4. Place the fish pieces on the crisper plate of the airfryer basket and ‘Airfry’ them at 195 degrees for 15 minutes. In between after around 10 minutes of cooking I flipped the fish pieces over. So it gets cooked well and crispy on both sides.

Rowing with a resistance tube and balancing on a ball to strengthen my back (latissimus dorsi, trapezius and rhomboids), shoulder, arms (biceps and triceps) and core.
That's a lot of bang for my buck! Haha 💪🏋️♂️
Lovely weather today.
I’ve chosen to do some strength training for my legs today. Did some Kettlebell deadlifts, Banded Romanian KB deadlifts, and some cardio as well!
