TO BE ME…

She had no guarantee,
Would this make her happy?
Her decision felt so crazy!
She never imagined it would feel so weighty.

So much insecurity,
an absentee,
escapee from reality.
Nobody could see the pain she yearned to set free.

Gradually and tenderly,
She became a devotee,
to herself,
her worth,
a VIP!

With ferocity,
she let go,
she became free.
She knew she held the key to her own destiny.

Finally she could see,
What it truly meant….

‘To be me!’

My love, my life, me.

I am sharing this to remind myself and any girl out there, don’t just say this, write it down! To remind yourself later! Of how fu***ng incredible you are!

I only write in my diary when I need to just pour it all out! Life can take over and things happen. , that sometimes don’t make sense in your head! So for me, to write it down let’s me let some of it go, and even think of things I haven’t thought before. The act of writing what you think is freedom to express what you can’t say out loud, the freedom to say anything without someone else seeing.

I can be my true self and write whatever I want. It’s not for anyone else but me. My heart, my thoughts and my healing. It’s a place to go back to when things are hard, to re read. To laugh at, to get sad, to be happy. And also realise things have changed, things have got better. You are better, stronger and each time it’s hard in life, you are a little wiser.

So this entry is for love. Love yourself. Love people and love life. Because it’s all an incredible journey for you ❤️

YOUR ONLY LIMIT IS YOU.

You can either push your limits or stay in the comfort zone.

I have not achieved all I have without making myself feel uncomfortable either physically or emotionally.

I have felt every step! I have cried all the tears! Sweat through and really tested my abilities to change, adapt and become a stronger person, both inside and out.

I am so proud of how far I have come.

There is no limit to anyone’s potential. Sure we have to work our butts off to get there, but it’s achievable, it can be done.

And I believe I can help others do this too. I don’t just do this for me, I do it to learn. I do this for experience. For life, for wisdom.
