Three chances to catch me at TF Widnes this week.
Hybrid:
Monday night 18:00 🏋🏻♀️
This is a mix of strength and conditioning work, 20 minutes on both, we’ll be doing some compound work into an erg workout.

Hyrox
Tuesday 19:00 & Thursday 18:00 🏃🏻
This week we’ve got solo work with the option to do it as a doubles, Rebecca Johns asked for a chipper style workout so that’s Tuesdays! Thursdays will be running and ergs 🤝
Drop in sessions are available if you want to try out one of our classes, even if you’re a member already and if you’re not one, your first month at TF Widnes is half price!
