🤝 Automate UK has joined forces with our European counterparts to help establish EUROPAMA.

EUROPAMA, the Federation of Processing & Packaging Machinery Manufacturers, has officially launched, bringing together Automate UK (UK), VDMA (Germany), UCIMA (Italy), Evolis (France), AMEC (Spain) and Swissmem (Switzerland) under one federation.

The idea is simple: a stronger, unified voice for our industry with EU policymakers, covering everything from sustainability regulations and PPWR to automation policy and industrial competitiveness.

As part of our ongoing series highlighting member innovation, we’re continuing to showcase the expertise across our network.

At the PPMA Total Show 2025, OAL demonstrated the APRIL™ Crate Packing Robot, offering a clear example of how automation is being used to improve efficiency and consistency in modern production environments.

Through the association, we bring members together to share knowledge, demonstrate capability, and support progress across the processing and packaging industry. -

Automate UK Week 2027 has officially been launched with work well underway to make this landmark co-location event a true innovation destination. Bringing together PPMA Show 2027 and UK Automation Show 2027 (previously known as Automation UK) together under one roof at the NEC, Birmingham, the event promises to deliver a fully integrated experience and unmissable showcase of future manufacturing.
