🌟FREE virtual sessions on supporting families to transition to school🌟

Transitions are a process, not an event – and how early years settings support families to transition into school makes an important difference to children.

This free session for early educators will give you resources and support to deliver a three-week family learning programme to families in your setting, providing key messages as well as sharing home learning activities about supporting the transition into school.

Settings attending the session will be provided with a PowerPoint presentation, tutor notes and handouts for families to support this important process.
