Good to see works underway at Sawyers Close, where CVC Systems has begun delivering the ventilation systems for this major regeneration project.

Working alongside RG Evans and Hill Group UK, the development will deliver 413 new homes in total, designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and modern building standards.

We have just started installation works on the first phase of 61 apartments. CVC will be responsible for the installation of the MVHR systems across the development, helping ensure healthy indoor air quality and efficient heat recovery throughout the buildings.

This week, the team has been busy completing the commissioning of 20 Brink Climate Systems SKY150 MVHR units for apartments in Romford. The MVHR units were fitted within communal areas for easy access for repair and maintenance. The MVHR units shared a combined intake and exhaust duct.
