1y ago this was me.
Today, the has caught up with me like it is making up for lost time. A 15 min supported walking session in the gym hurts and takes me out for the day :(
I only made 6000km and missed the fundraising target. I'll never regret trying though and it was a helluva experience.
I try to look on the bright side though. I can sleep securely, eat a nice meal, and I'm not being bombed.

Fantastic day yesterday at the Healthcare Communications Association London meeting.
The patient voice and professionalism is slowly being recognised and integrated. Experience is expertise.
A really great bunch of people were in attendance.
