8 weeks in working with Konisha! She’s Still eating Caribbean food and dropping weight effortlessly✅ we are only warming up so excited to see the changes incoming 🔥

✅ Walking and movement around her routine
✅ Consistency…even on off days

What a crazy journey Lisa has been on! From someone who didn’t enjoy the gym and had no clue what she was doing… to now training 4 days a week consistently, not because she has to, but because she loves it and has caught the gym bug 🙌
On this journey, she never had to cut out her favourite foods. If she wants a drink, she can. If she wants a family meal, she can.
Why?
Because we built a system into her life that allows her to navigate any situation life throws at her, and still smash her goals.

Lisa was SKEPTICAL… but now she’s lost a CRAZY amount of weight! 🔥🙌

Meet Tricia! she absolutely smashed her transformation journey!
She used to hate how she looked and felt. Her confidence was low, and one thing she said that stuck with me was, “I just want to prove to myself that I can actually do this.”
Fast forward…Tricia didn’t just lose weight, she’s built serious muscle and finally feels confident in her skin again!
Coming from Guyana and now living in the UK, we had the same cultural background which made it so easy to educate her on how to eat Caribbean food without sabotaging her results.
