Here’s what to look for when searching for a healthier work environment:

🧠 Supportive leadership: Look for signs of managers who listen, give feedback, and invest in staff growth.

💬 Respectful communication: If you’re being spoken down to in interviews or early onboarding, it’s a red flag!

📈 Realistic expectations: Workplaces that constantly expect overtime, or don’t offer breaks or flexibility, often lead to burnout. Ask about workload expectations before accepting.

💙 Your next job should improve your wellbeing, not deplete it!

😅 We love a CV that gets straight to the point!

In all seriousness though, 1-2 pages is usually the perfect length, enough to show off your experience without overwhelming the reader.

Keep it clear, simple, and relevant, and you’ll make a great first impression!
