Whenever you restrict calories you will experience some hunger
learn to just ignore it,youโ€™re not starving yourself youโ€™re just restricting calories
Eat more unprocessed foods they are generally lower in calories so will fill you up make it easier to lose weight.

If you want results you have to put in the work
you may go to the gym you may do extra steps which is fantastic but then destroy your effort with poor nutrition
Nutrition is the hardest part but donโ€™t ignore it especially on weekends.
