Last week, our heritage team were onsite at Archives: Wigan & Leigh, digitising rare material from the Bibliotheca Lindesiana, work we feel genuinely privileged to be part of.

For projects like this, the right equipment and the right people matter. We worked alongside Martin French of Lensart, whose specialist capture equipment integrates seamlessly with our own workflows, allowing us to achieve the very best possible results for these extraordinary volumes.

Being able to complete projects onsite, working directly with archive teams, and handling rare material is something we value hugely. It supports both long term preservation and meaningful digital access, which is what ultimately drives this work.
