Yesterday, Terrie-Anne, our Military Partners Change Coach, and Mini, our Armed Forces Social Prescribing Link Worker, joined forces to support a participant in Torpoint and it was a fantastic reminder of just how powerful partnership working can be.

Every person's journey is unique, and by bringing together our different skills, knowledge, and connections, we can provide more personalised, joined-up support that truly meets their needs.

It's never just about one appointment or one service. It's about listening, understanding, and working together to help our Armed Forces Community access the support, opportunities, and community they deserve.
