Emerging on site - a complete transformation of a historic seaside bungalow in South Devon. An entirely new roof structure and contemporary green oak frame extension bring this 1920's home into the 21st Century. A Roof-mounted PV panel array, air source heat pump and Venti MVHR system are coupled with locally-sourced larch cladding, Spanish slate roofing and high performance aluminium joinery.
