We have really enjoyed the last 6 months & trying to see how the reformers have integrated into our timetable. The feedback has been incredible & it’s amazing to see so many new faces as well as long term studio friends enjoying our offerings at Flow

We are using the next few months to tweak the timetable to ensure we are offering the best classes to suit you, so have been listening closely to your feedback & ideas

We are going to be adding memberships, more workshops, extra classes & some more variety
