Su's Spice Kitchen - Indian Cookery Classes

At today's demo session I prepared three delicious dishes and the ladies tried their hand at rolling and cooking chappatis, very successfully, I have to say, for both their first attempts! On the menu there was a red kidney bean curry in a spicy tomato sauce, stuffed baby aubergines and a rather unusual dish of green pepper in chick pea flour. Unfortunately, no photos as we were so engrossed but I'm told dinner went down a treat with the family.
