(Course overview)

Based on the work of Dr. Bruce Rabin, this course explores the effects of stress on our health and our relationships. It is specifically designed for adults caring for children in family settings. We also welcome participants who want to learn how to manage their own stress whilst working with vulnerable children in school and recreational settings in the wider community. The course material is very compatible for those of you who have participated in the Incredible years programmes and will enhance and develop your existing skill set.
