3 days… and the official countdown asks to share inspiring moments.

I’ve had many moments doing what I do, from the kids that came up to me at Pride and wanted a snap because we had talked at their school, from being nominated from awards to do with my advocacy, for the inbox messages thanking me for standing up, saying something, for being that representation however nothing compares to when I hear pea talk about charity work or about Pride.

My childhood was an example of what not to do, and it’s crazy that at her age I had already seen a world that was not kind and too much for my age, but I get to show pea love, nurture and that she can do anything! She is there at all the pride meetings, when I’m sewing all the pads, helping cook for the homeless and even helps sort out things we don’t need “for the children” as she says.

She is PEEVED she is not coming this weekend 😂 so I would like to bring back that crown for her 😂😂💖

4 days to goooo and in the queens countdown it’s prep time!!

All of my prep is in the next picture! My sewing machine has been used to make adjustments to my outfits, turn an evening gown into an opening number dress as well as the many many pads that have been made here.

My laptop, where most of my fundraising has been done, where many many nights on Canva, where I do almost all my volunteering.

Then of course my prep book and interview flash cards! Being a coach, there is an additional pressure, I teach queens every day how to make their true self shine… so I gotta talk the talk! I created the flashcards to help me as I coach myself and now they are a tool for so many pageant girls! Also my workbook where I’ve tracked all my appearances, thoughts and ideas!

I’m not putting in any shoe pictures as feet pictures are not free 😂😂😂

I’ve still got to pack, steam the gown, get my hair refreshed and nails did to look like a woman rather than the gremlin behind the screen 😂 time flies!
