Loved working on designing this extension and internal remodel on this 3 bed detached house in the conservation area of Lydiard Green. A full measured survey of the property was done and after a few design options, this final design was approved by the clients. This more than doubles the existing square meterage of the property and even boasts a small mezzanine area off the master bedroom to be used as a reading nook.

Really happy to have just received an award from Swindon Borough Council for the best medium sized extension.
