We’ll then match you with local job agencies and employers, to help you find work. All you have to do is agree to let us know when you’re successful.

We try to make the best use of our dedicated training centre in Swindon, not just by running commercial work here, but by paying back our local community by being part of the Southwest Local Growth Hub’s “Insight Days” scheme.

This fantastic initiative is replacing the more traditional work experience placements that gave young people a week in one place, with a variety of days in different businesses and working environments, to expose them to as many opportunities as possible.

We’ve hosted quite a few now, focusing primarily on young people who have had a tough time for a variety of reasons. As well as being incredibly rewarding to do, we have so much fun, and the educational leaders and students seem to get a huge amount from it as well.
