We hope you have had some time for self care this weekend for yourselves, the weather is a wee bit chilly this morning for some of the team at Fresh Start, so they deciding to stay in and have a cuppa and to read through August news letter, this has been sent to its members inbox. Fresh Start believes getting their members involved as to how they would like the group to be run, what activities they would like to take part in, but more then anything have a say as to how things look.
