Trying a new set up today at the Tadpole Community Fun Day! A little bit of shelter from the rain whilst waiting for your toasties!

All local businesses offering different things;

Snackerz - Toasties, snacks and hot drinks (and maybe mac and cheese if you fancy it!)
Plot 32 - burgers, hotdogs dogs, soft drinks and popcorn
Samosas2go - samosas and curry
Emma’s Kitchen - Sweet bakes and pick n mix
Strawberry Thief - pop up bar!

Fun fair, face paint, ice cream and the bike repair man are all here as well as Mufasa currently on the big screen, live music at 6.30pm followed by Jurassic World Rebirth at 8pm.

Dress for the weather and come and enjoy what Tadpole has to offer!

Just arrived in Weston-Super-Mare for the Alt Market at the Optima Stadium! All of the stall holders are setting up for a lovely sunny day!

Today I am in GWR Park in Swindon with toasties and Mac & Cheese! There is some parking available along Church Place which will get you nice and close to pop over to say hi!

GlamoRose Cakes are here too with their ice cream van so you may or may not find me there having a little treat!

This afternoon until 3pm I am at Brimble Hill Primary School on Tadpole Lane for their summer fete! The organisers specifically requested Mac and Cheese as an option for today and may I just say, it is delicious!

I’ve already bought some raffle tickets so wish me luck! I’ve been told the prizes are very good!

From the van I can see some aerial artists on a hoop in the middle of the event as well as an inflatable dinosaur roaming the grounds and oh my goodness a balloon artist (currently balancing a very long balloon on his nose!)

If you’re nearby and need something to do then come and see all the fun going on here including the police cars! Every time I look around there is something new I spot to tell you so this post could go on forever!

Where is the time going?! I’ve been meaning to do a Facebook post for nearly 2 weeks to update you all! You’ll find a wedding, a live band, an alt market and new hub caps in this post!

The van has done its first ever wedding!! Thank you so much to Alex and Dan for having me. I truly had a wonderful time seeing all your guests and giving them cheesy toasties at the end of the night. The venue was just stunning and so perfect for the 2 of you. You are both incredible people and I wish you a lifetime of happiness and thank you so much for asking me to be part of your day! Check out the Ridgeway Barns - just beautiful!

We then went to Steam for the live performances done by the Aldbourne Band with a sing-a-long to start and ending with Wallace and Gromit The Wrong Trousers. Blown away by how engaging it was and can’t wait for Christmas for The Snowman. Check out the Aldbourne Band and you won’t be disappointed!

We’ve then been all the way to Bristol for the Alt Market that happens 4 times a year and we were so lucky with the weather! Sold out of Mac and Cheese again and served up so many toasties. Absolutely love going and have been asked to go to their Weston-Super-Mare Alt Market this Sunday which I’m very much looking forward to.

I’ve washed the van and treated it to some lovely new hub caps (check out how snazzy they are in the picture) BUT on their maiden voyage, 2 of them have fallen off! Devastated! So if anyone by chance sees one at the side of a road, could you let me know and I’ll go pick it up! I’ve retraced my steps but sadly not found them.

So you may not know but I help to organise the Cotswold Show and these last 2 weeks has been a crazy mish-mash of Snackerz and the Cotswold Show so I am way behind on emails and messages for Snackerz SO this afternoon I’m dedicating my time to getting up to date! So sorry for going M.I.A but it’s been a complete madness (including ordering another panini grill for the van which the courier decided to not even deliver because the package was in such bad shape so that’s another thing on my to do list to sort!)

I’ve got my to do list and I’m checking them off one by one!

Late last night my other half was scrolling through Facebook and on one of his cleaner groups were asking ChatGPT to make them in to action figures so how could I resist seeing what it would make for me?

We can’t stop laughing at both of our AI generated figures! I can confirm my eyebrow and eyes aren’t that large, my big toe doesn’t bulge out and the other foot in real life does have 5 toes and not 3! It changed my shoes and put a ring on both hands so AI clearly wants me to be engaged!

But otherwise here I am, as an action figure with my van, grill and a toastie!
