Handmade Memory Bears by Pear Design Studio

Handmade Bears (Cuddly Companions/Memory Bears) We all love a bear as a cuddly plushie, who didn't have one growing up? I did have one and I adored him, I named mine Archibald :) Having such a strong connection with this iconic toy, I used my memories to produce a collection of bears out of reclaimed fabrics. All 4 legs can move thanks to the buttons holding them in place. Eyes are made of fabric covered buttons, hand painted to create this cute expression. As you can see in the photos, there are three couples, a girl with a bow and a boy wearing a scarf. Each bear comes with a note (information about the bear - read below) PRICE: £41.00 or 2 bears for £80.00 PRICE FOR A MEMORY BEAR: £52.00 or 2 for £100.00 "Hello my new owner. I am a bear and I am a part of “Cuddly Companions” collection. I am a product of Pear Design Studio, the people who up-cycle materials. That’s how I was made. Because you’ve chosen to buy me you are already saving our planet from greenhouse gases and pollution that seeps from all the fabrics left in landfills. Our designers used these materials (garment fabrics, hollow fibre as a stuffing, buttons for eyes and joints) to create me. All the materials have been donated or collected from trusted people, the materials have been properly washed and sanitised. You can wash me in your washing machine (cold wash).
