With our Level 2 Award in Instructing Circuit Sessions, we train learners who already have knowledge and skills in gym or exercise to music instruction, to a professionally competent level, to plan and deliver safe and effective circuit training sessions. The course includes:

♦️ Designing circuits and varying the programme
♦️ Teaching various styles of circuit training classes
♦️ Structuring classes to include warm-ups, timings and relevant exercises
♦️ Theory and practical skills
♦️ Identifying and demonstrating a range of exercises and methods of circuit training

✅ Active IQ Level 2 Award in Instructing Circuit Session
✅ CIMSPA endorsed (Approved) 10 CPD points
