Own My Life Course

We ran our very first Inspired training!! Training the first cohort of practitioners who will deliver our new girls course when it pilots in 2026/27.

Own My Life has always believed that the tools women need should be available as early as possible. This is the beginning of that - we're excited!!

Workplaces are not neutral spaces for women subjected to abuse.

The partner who controls her finances so she can't afford to leave. His calls she has to respond to during working hours. The exhaustion that looks like disengagement. The sick leave that accumulates not because she's ill, but because some days he's made it too dangerous for her to go to work.

Responding well doesn't require a workplace to become a specialist service. It requires understanding what he's actually doing to her — and not making it harder.

Through our work with the Metropolitan Police, women have told us that workplace support helped them stay in the force, pursue promotion, and see abusive men held accountable. Those aren't small things.
