I thought I would share with you a quick ACCA P3 hint - or lets just say something that drives me nuts when reviewing answers! Mendelows matrix has a low interest, low power box which has the title minimal effort... this is not holding meetings and giving them info this simply means ignore them and if required by law to do something do it. The same goes for the high interest low power, these people should not be brought together under any circumstances so press releases are great. As soon as you get them together they will form a group that can then start demonstrating lobbying MPs and therefore gaining power. Remember the golden rule the less people who are key players the better.
