It’s great to see our teams coming together to make a positive impact in the local community.

At our new site in Walsoken, Wisbech, a litter pick was organised with volunteers from Accent Housing and Seagate Homes. Staff generously gave their time to help tidy the area, demonstrating a strong commitment to social value and community pride.

Together, the team collected an impressive 30–40 bags of litter from along the roadside, along with around 20 tyres and other items of fly-tipped waste, making a visible difference to the local environment.

We were also pleased to be supported by and Fenland District Council, whose assistance helped ensure that as much of the collected litter as possible was recycled. Special thanks to Adam Pratt, Environmental Services Manager at Fenland District Council, and Councillor Derek White for their support.

It was a fantastic effort from everyone involved, improving the local environment while also building strong relationships ahead of the development. Initiatives like this may be small, but they play a meaningful role in giving back and ensuring we create a positive legacy from the very beginning.

We’re really looking forward to starting on site and delivering much-needed new homes, supporting local people and contributing to the future of the community.
