Let’s talk about CTAs (calls to action)
You can have a great-looking website with lovely wording…
But if you don’t tell people what to do next, they’ll often do nothing at all.
That’s where strong calls to action (CTAs) come in.
A CTA is the little nudge that guides your visitor, such as:
✨ “Get in touch”
✨ “Book a call”
✨ “Download the guide”
✨ “Find out more”
Good CTAs aren’t pushy.
They’re clear, helpful, and reassuring.
They answer the question every visitor is quietly asking:
👉 “What’s my next step?”
If your website feels like people are looking around but not taking action, your CTAs might be too vague… or missing altogether.
Strong CTAs help your visitors feel confident moving forward and confidence is what turns interest into action.
Sometimes the smallest words on a page make the biggest difference
Think about the last page on your website that you looked at...

Let’s talk about your brand story (because people buy you, not just your services)
When someone is close to working with you, they’re not just asking “What do you do?”
They’re also asking:
👉 “Can I trust you?”
👉 “Do you get me?”
👉 “Do I like how this feels?”
That’s where your brand story matters.
Your brand story isn’t about having a dramatic backstory or sharing every detail of your life. It’s about explaining:
✨ Why you do what you do
✨ Who you’re here to help
✨ What you believe in
✨ Why your approach is different
A strong brand story helps people feel connected before they even speak to you. It reassures them that they’re in safe hands.
I see this all the time — businesses with great services, but no real story behind them. When the story is missing, the website can feel cold or transactional, even if the work is excellent.
When your story is clear and honest, working with you feels like the obvious next step.

Let’s talk about headlines — because they can make or break your website. ✍️
Your headline is usually the first thing someone reads when they land on your site. If it’s unclear, vague, or trying to be too clever… you’ve probably already lost them.
A strong headline should:
✨ Clearly say what you do
✨ Explain who you help
✨ Make it obvious why someone should keep reading
This isn’t about fancy wording or buzzwords. It’s about clarity.
Your visitor should instantly think:
👉 “This is for me.”
👉 “They understand my problem.”
👉 “I know exactly what to do next.”
At this stage, people are already considering working with you — your headline just needs to reassure them they’re in the right place.
