Introducing the 3 step rewind method. An NLP approach to processing strongly negative emotions and feelings associated with traumatic events and for processing phobias.
In a series of three, one hour sessions, we will use relaxation and rewind techniques to help tidy these experiences away. You won't forget the experience but when you move forward after this process the experience won't cause you so much distress.
This is a method that has been proven to help thousands of people and that is safe, gentle and effective. You do not even need to talk about your negative experience for this process to work.
This process works with recent experiences as well as historical trauma that you may have been carrying for years.
I am opening my books for new 3 step clients and this can delivered in person or, just as effectively, online.

An impending house move is encouraging me to shake up my doula offerings a little. I have loved being a doula for two years and want to continue in that role, but I need to change what I am offering.
I would like to introduce my new packages (some remaining) and whilst I work on updating the website, I'll give you a flavour here.
Pumpkin - a two hour package exploring the use of the Rebozo in pregnancy, labour and postpartum
Romanesco - a two hour package exploring the use of the labyrinth as a tool for our own wellbeing and parenting journey
Cauliflower - an hourly support call discussing all aspects of infertility options, IVF and surrogacy
Leek - a three hour package on all things preparing to breastfeed
Courgette - an hourly support call focussed on anything you like
Beetroot - a three hour package on all of the things you need to know when planning your homebirth
Carrot - a six hour package which is a full antenatal course
Parsnip - a ten hour package which is a full hypnobirthing and antenatal course. Private or group
Onion - a three hour package using the 3 step rewind technique to explore and help process traumatic feelings associated with birth (or indeed anything else, also phobias)
Family Value Box - my larger package for birthing families including a two hour antenatal session, a two hour postnatal session, a free birth essentials antenatal course, a free birth plan writing template and advice sheet and messaging support with me.
Cabbage - Instant hourly birth support/postnatal support.

💚 Hard to list everything you will learn but rest assured it is a lot!! Everyone needs this information. Those planning homebirth need this, those planning a C-section need this and everyone in between.
