This special women’s wellness afternoon explores some of the symptoms we experience when our hormone balance shifts, our seasons change!

Hosted by Lunarflow Yoga with Kerrie , Soundology With Tracey & Awaken Sports Therapy, this one off afternoon welcomes women to gather themselves, through movement, sound and scent.

🧘‍♀️We will journey through the body that is you, offering up space to ground, to gather all the parts of you from the busyness of summer, and give you space to feel better empowered and balanced as the seasons change.

☕️This afternoon will offer a treat to all the senses, with warming drinks and treats too.

🌸You will receive a gift of essential oils to take the cocoon of relaxation home with you!
