Wicked, a trip to Buckingham Palace and dinner all successful. They've been brilliant everywhere we've been but are understandably quite tired now!

I have to say I cannot believe how entranced our children were during our time at the Imperial War Museum. We have managed to do some pre-learning on World War 2. We've learnt about the Blitz and shelters, rationing, ally and axis groups and much more. An educational and humbling experience! Well done everyone!

We've just had a brief comfort break and are continuing our journey to London. The children have been amazing so far. Stay tuned for more news and updates!

Finishing off our walk, we've enjoyed creating some environmental art followed by a delicious dinner (chocolate cookie and ice cream was a firm favourite). The children are all in pyjamas for a film or in some cases a casual game of cards!
