We just made this garden space feel ALOT bigger!

We’ve been quiet for a week due to a holiday but today the team returned to work by Removing this olive hedge 🌳. It was taking up a lot of space in this area of the garden.

The team removed the hedge along with all the waste giving this garden space a new look!

This poor silver birch had become diseased and was starting to die.

The homeowner and neighbour both had concerns of damage falling limbs may cause so we came up with a plan to reduce the tree down to a monolith in order to retain some wildlife habitat 🐦.

All work safely carried out, larger timber has been processed for firewood and the brash processed into woodchip and taken away.

When the reduction is that good it still looks natural 🤩

The team have worked on this hedge before for annual maintenance but last week the homeowner decided it was time for a change and asked us to reduce it down to 6ft.

Now much more manageable and looking great.
