We’re proud to be taking part in Volunteers’ Week 2026 – marking 42 years of saying thank you to all volunteers across the UK for everything they do for society.

We are lucky to have over 300 amazing volunteers, who give so much time and dedication to supporting Solihull residents who need us. Whether it's providing friendship, teaching a skill, supporting our fundraising activities, or helping the charity operate smoothly, the value they add to our charity and the difference they make is incredible.

Do you know an older person who would benefit from getting online?

Our Digital Champions Project offers free, friendly support to help older people in Solihull build confidence with technology – from staying in touch with loved ones to online shopping and accessing essential services.

The project offers group sessions, as well as one-to-one support for those who need it most. We also have a tablet loan scheme to help people get started.
