Welcome to our Open Heart Summer Retreat in Slovenia, led by Amrita Baba. The retreat will be held live in person in Slovenia and also online.

During the retreat we will practice key Open Heart methods such as Guru Yoga, Rainbow Body Yoga, Amrita Kriya Yoga, and non-meditation, with time for questions from Baba.

Open Heart is a path of ta***ic meditative yoga founded by Amrita Baba, offering a practical path to full enlightenment for modern lay practitioners.

Gratitude and joy fill my heart after our beautiful 8-day Spring Retreat with beloved Amrita Baba in the peaceful Swiss landscape. ✨

The theme, “God, Guru and Self are One,” was lived as a direct inner experience. Through the Amrita Abba empowerment and Baba’s powerful transmissions, many felt deep karmic burdens dissolve into clarity and peace.

We practiced Immortality Exercise, Rainbow Body Yoga, and Guru Yoga with Bodhidharma, and received profound teachings, including practices for removing harmful external influences with the help of Isha Natha (Jesus Christ) and Archangel Michael.

A touching refuge ceremony welcomed six students, and on the final day five received ordination. The retreat, named “Vidyadhara, holder of knowledge, honored six students for their inner realization.

Deep gratitude to all participants, organizers, and dear Baba for the blessings and compassion shared.

The next Open Heart Retreat will be held 5–7 June in Birmingham, England. All who feel called are warmly welcome.
