Some wonderful post covid news: GoFit4Fun is collaborating with Arches School Sport Partnership in Sheffield!!! Today Remi was training 4 health coaches from the Arches to deliver two of the Boost Up! saga of games over the next 7 weeks. They loved the games, the cards, the timer, the box, and the health challenges got everyone moving!!! More to come over the next weeks, watch this space 🎲🏃🏾♀️🤸🏽♂️
