We're becoming increasingly aware of more and more scams designed to part you with your hard earned cash - they're getting increasingly elaborate. Nowadays it's more about understanding more about you so that they can impersonate you, and obtain bank loans.

Please, take care on line and QUESTION EVERYTHING. If it seems too good to be true, invariably it is.

Why are we doing what we do, especially if we work in a customer-facing business?

Since I moved to Sheffield, nearly a decade ago, I've come to realise that sincerity and an ethical approach to life is a natural way of being of the people of this city. Don't fight it! It's part of Sheffield's history. Inspired by this, and how VOOT runs, I wrote the following blog post.
