This morning at Mac Support, we’ve been busy replacing a battery to give this trusty machine a new lease on life! 🌱💻 We’re all about extending device lifespans – not only does it keep our customers' tech running smoothly, but it’s also a win for the environment. Every repair helps reduce e-waste and makes a positive impact!

Here, we have a Macbook with an unresponsive keyboard and trackpad. After some investigation, one of the components became red hot. We replaced it from stock, and the customer had his machine back in full working order later that day.

Yesterday we had this Macbook on the bench because the keyboard and trackpad were unresponsive. Our team followed a logical process and discovered one of the components had failed. When the current was applied, it became extremely hot. We carry many spares and could unsolder the faulty component and replace it on the same day. We always try to go above and beyond for our customers. A certain satisfaction comes with returning a valued machine to its owner in working order.
