As an architect I feel a lot of joy assisting clients and help bringing their ideas to life. The reviews we have been given are a testament to our hard work and the value we bring. Here are some pictures of a single storey rear and side extension of one of our projects in Dore. Our clients wished to demolish the existing garage and carport on the side of their semi-detached house and create a single storey rear and side extension. The side extension will contain a new cloak room, toilet, office and garden store, and the rear extension includes a combined living
/ kitchen / dining space. We assisted our clients through the design process by exploring a number of design solution to assist them in ascertaining which worked best for their budget. The 3D model proved a very useful tool in informing these decisions, as our clients were able to visualise the look and feel of the space more easily.

After having worked on 30 projects last year, I was so thrilled to finally have to time to visit one of our happy clients after our single storey rear extension design for their mid terrace property was completed.

The designed expanded their kitchen area allowing for a larger open kitchen dining space, and also allowed for the creation of a utility area and downstairs wc all of which will significantly contribute to adding value to the property!

The large glazed doors from the dining space onto an outer raised deck provides excellent views of the rear garden and the rooflight brings light into the deep plan. What do you think?
