✨Transformation Friday✨

This is what happens when you don’t give up. 💪👏

Jo is only 3kg down on the scales since starting her journey… but just look at that transformation! 😍 Her body has completely changed—and that’s all thanks to her consistency, mindset, and hard work week after week. ❤️

This week she took a well-deserved holiday: sunshine, cocktails, beach days… the works. ☀️🍹⛱️

And guess what happened to her weight?

NOTHING. 😱

💉 Let’s Talk About the Skinny Jab (GLP-1 Injections)

This is one of my Strive2Thrive members.
She’s currently using a fat loss injection as part of her journey — and she’s doing amazing.

Since we started coaching, she’s:
✅ Increased her daily steps
✅ Upped her protein intake
✅ Learned how to weigh and track her food
✅ Started building healthy, sustainable habits that will last far beyond the jab

This isn’t a quick fix — this is a woman taking control of her health, with the right support beside her.



💬 Here’s my stance as a coach:

Some coaches won’t work with people on the jab.
But if I turned around and said, “Sorry, I can’t help you because you’re using an injection,” where would that leave you?

👉 On your own.
👉 With no plan for long-term success.
👉 Relying entirely on the jab — and no skills to maintain results when it stops.

That’s not what I’m about.



My job isn’t to judge.

It’s to guide you — with or without the jab.

If you’ve chosen to use it, let’s make sure it’s working with you, not just for now, but for the long term.

We’ll focus on:
✔️ Resistance training to retain muscle
✔️ Eating to fuel your body — not just eating less
✔️ Building confidence in your choices
✔️ Setting you up for the day we reduce or come off the injection



I’m so proud of my client for saying YES to support alongside the jab — not instead of it.

And when she’s ready, we’ll lower the dose, trusting in her habits, her strength, and her confidence to continue this journey on her own.
That’s what sustainable change looks like. 🙌
